Rental yield in Georgia – why is the investment worthwhile?

Georgia (Sakartvelo) – and Batumi and Tbilisi in particular – offers property investors unique conditions: no conventional purchase-related costs, only a symbolic registration fee of around €100–200, and an income tax of just 5% on rental income.
